Shipping FAQ

- How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges vary from order to order, depending on the size and weight of your package.  At checkout, you can compare rates via USPS and FedEx.  If you are shipping to a commercial location, it is recommended that you ship via FedEx Ground; please click “commercial location” at the time of checkout to unlock this option.

- How soon will you ship my order?

Orders placed before 12:00PM PST will normally ship on the same business day.  Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will normally ship on the next business day.  Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will normally ship on the next business day.  Exceptions may apply in the event of extended holidays.

- How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping will generally arrive at its destination between 3-7 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package through our website.

- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to international locations, please contact us if you do not see your designated country at time of checkout.

- Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at the time of checkout. USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail, and FedEx 2Day or Next Day shipping options are all available.

- Where will my order ship from?

Your order will ship from San Jose, California.

- Can I pick up my order at your facility?

Yes, we welcome our customers to visit our local store to pick up orders.  Simply place your order online and choose the “Will Pickup” option.
