The HD-001 Chinese Damascus Straight Sword (Jian) is an exceptionally hand-forged, sharpened collector sword crafted by top artisans of Dragon Well (Longquan). This sword features a traditional Sanmei (三枚) construction, where a high-carbon steel edge is sandwiched between layers of softer steel, producing superior sharpness, resilience, and visual clarity along the blade edge.

The welded Damascus blade displays refined cloud-like patterns across the blade body, while the polished edges clearly reveal the high-carbon steel wrapping around the tip—distinct evidence of true Sanmei construction. The blade is engraved with a seven-star (七星) brass symbol on the diamond-shaped flat, finished with antique brass fittings and a traditional wood mounting.

This sword is intended for advanced Tai Chi practitioners and serious collectors, not for beginners or casual training.
