Free Shipping Policy
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions are offered periodically and are not always available.
What are the conditions for free shipping?
When available, free shipping applies to retail orders shipped within the continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
Are there any items excluded from free shipping?
Yes. Oversized items, including long weapons exceeding 48 inches in length, are not eligible for free shipping. Other exclusions may apply based on item size, weight, or shipping method.

Shipping FAQ
At KungFuDirect, shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. During checkout, customers can compare real-time shipping rates from USPS and USPS to choose the best option.
To optimize shipping costs, long weapons and short weapons should be checked out separately.
Because of size and dimensional weight, long weapons are often more affordable to ship using USPS Ground Advantage rather than UPS Ground.
Separating orders allows our system to automatically select the best available rate.
At KungFuDirect, orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days will generally ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
- Exceptions: Extended holiday periods or special circumstances may affect shipping times.
- Standard Shipping (KungFuDirect): Typically arrives within 3–7 business days in the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster options, such as FedEx 2Day or Next Day, are available during checkout.
- Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package through our website or the carrier's tracking page.

All orders are processed and shipped from KungFuDirect warehouse in San Jose, California.
Yes, local customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from KungFuDirect facility.
