To earn Reward Points, customers must create a free KungFuDirect account before making a purchase.
Orders placed using Guest Checkout do not earn points, as the system cannot track or assign rewards to non-registered users.

Reward Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Any unused points will automatically expire after one year.
