Through the pairing practice, Practitioner will thoroughly understand the eight Wushu techniques of Punching, Grasping, Intercepting, Kicking, Leaning, Dodging and Vibrating and the utilization of the eight kind of force: Pushing, Drilling, Enfolding, Screwing Chopping, Raising, Breaking, and Warding off. Pair Practice of Bafa Quan and Bafa Spear are two of the required training courses in Chinese military. In the process of practice, the practitioners must be careful to avoid injury.
