Restocking Fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged during shipping or found defective:

Shoe Returns

Shoes may only be returned or exchanged if unworn (except for trying on indoors).

Exchange Policy

Processing Fees

A processing fee of 2.99% may be applied to all online orders at checkout to help offset transaction and payment gateway costs. This fee will be clearly disclosed prior to order confirmation and is non-refundable, except in cases where the order is canceled or returned due to an error caused by KungFuDirect.com.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the processing fee as part of the total transaction.
