DW113-04 Cai Li Fo (Choy Lee Fat) Kungfu - Wu Lun Ma (Five-wheel Footwork Training) 五轮马
The Cai Li Fo (Choy Lee Fat) Kungfu has 160 years' history since the time of the founder Chen Xiang. Cai Li Fo (Choy Lee Fat) is considered a major branch of the Lingnan Art in Chinese boxing, and it also widely spread to Hongkong, Macao, Europe, America, Australia and Africa. This set of footwork training was created by Chen Xiang, combining footwork from the Northern and the Southern styles for the beginners. The meaning of five wheels is: first, there are five rounds in the whole set. Second, wheels are round, there are five rounds postures in the routine: the arms are round when putting on the waist, the line of the body is round when turning around, the swinging up and down of the arms are round, the hooking of the legs are round and the change of the footwork is round. Hence it is called Wu Lun Ma (Five-wheel Footwork Training).
