FIVE ELEMENTS QUAN - CHINESE FORM AND WILL SCHOOL

Introduction: Five Elements Quan is the most basic routine among various Form and Will schools. It mainly uses chop palm, inch punch first, drill fist, Canon fist, and sweeping fist, etc. Five kinds of boxing techniques to reach the high combination according to the eastern philosophical theory of mutual promotion and restraint between the five elements (metal, wood, water, fire, and earth).
Practicing it continuously can improve health, stronger both inside and outside. Defense is essential, and defense dwells in attack. It is a classical boxin technique of practicing the body and mind.
