Exchange merchandise will also only be accepted if returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Exchanges can be made for another size or color of the same item. You can also make exchanges for different items, and pay the difference of the product cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways for exchanges. Merchandise for returns or exchanges must be received back to our warehouse in an undamaged, unused, and 100% resalable condition. Restocking charge of 20% for stock merchandise, and 25% for non-stock merchandise may be applicable. Custom merchandise is not returnable unless defective.
Shoe returns and exchanges will only be accepted if shoes are not worn other than to just try them on.
Videos, DVD, and books can be only exchanged for the same title if defective from the manufacturer.
